Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LYZL4, an enzyme classified as a member of the lysozyme family, has garnered interest in recent years due to its potential role in immune response and bacterial clearance. It is primarily expressed in male germ cells and the reproductive tract, suggesting its involvement in reproductive health and immunological functions in the male reproductive system. Studies have indicated that LYZL4 may play a critical role in sperm maturation, motility, and protection against bacterial infections during fertilization. Furthermore, research has revealed that alterations in LYZL4 expression may be associated with male infertility and other reproductive disorders. Given its unique expression pattern and functional implications, LYZL4 has become a focal point for investigating the molecular mechanisms of male fertility, as well as potential therapeutic targets for reproductive health issues. Understanding the biochemical properties of LYZL4 through recombinant protein technology could provide insights into its function and pave the way for novel approaches in treating male infertility and enhancing reproductive success.
