Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NUDT21 is a ribonuclease involved in RNA processing and degradation, playing a critical role in maintaining cellular RNA homeostasis. Research into NUDT21 has gained traction due to its implications in various biological processes, including gene expression regulation, mRNA stability, and the response to cellular stress. Recent studies have highlighted the enzyme's involvement in diseases, particularly cancer, where altered RNA metabolism is a common feature. Understanding the structural and functional properties of NUDT21, especially through the study of its recombinant protein, is essential for elucidating its mechanisms of action and potential as a therapeutic target. Advances in recombinant protein technology have made it feasible to produce NUDT21 in sufficient quantities for detailed biochemical and biophysical analyses. This research not only aims to clarify the enzyme's molecular functions but also to explore its interactions with different RNA substrates, thereby providing insights into its role in RNA surveillance pathways. The ultimate goal is to leverage this knowledge for the development of novel strategies to manipulate RNA metabolism in disease contexts, enhancing our understanding of cellular function and opening avenues for targeted therapy.
