稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Angiotensin 1-7 (Ang1-7) is a peptide hormone that plays a crucial role in the renin-angiotensin system (RAS), which is primarily known for regulating blood pressure and fluid balance. Unlike its counterpart Angiotensin II, which is associated with vasoconstriction and hypertension, Ang1-7 exerts vasodilatory and protective cardiovascular effects. Recent studies have highlighted its potential therapeutic benefits in various cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders, and even as a neuroprotective agent. Research on Ang1-7 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate the peptide’s physiological functions, develop novel therapeutic applications, and understand its underlying mechanisms. The reconstitution of Ang1-7, through recombinant protein technology, facilitates investigations into its molecular interactions, signaling pathways, and effects on target tissues. Moreover, recombinant Ang1-7 can be used in preclinical and clinical trials to evaluate safety and efficacy, paving the way for new treatments in conditions associated with RAS dysregulation. Given the growing interest in Ang1-7, ongoing research is focused on developing stable and effective delivery systems, optimizing production processes, and exploring combination therapies to enhance its clinical utility. Overall, Ang1-7 recombinant protein research holds promise for advancing our understanding of cardiovascular health and improving patient outcomes in various pathologies.
