  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

LTK (Leukocyte Tyrosine Kinase) is a member of the receptor tyrosine kinase family, which plays a crucial role in cellular signaling, particularly in the immune system. The study of LTK has gained significant attention due to its involvement in various biological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and survival. Research has shown that LTK is expressed in various tissues and is essential for the development and function of lymphocytes. Abnormalities in LTK signaling have been implicated in several diseases, including cancers and autoimmune disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The reorganization and functional analysis of LTK are critical for understanding its role in immune responses and developing potential interventions. By employing modern molecular biology techniques and advanced imaging methods, researchers aim to elucidate the mechanisms of LTK action, its interaction with other signaling pathways, and its regulation in health and disease. This detailed understanding of LTK's molecular structure and function could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies to manipulate LTK signaling in diseases where its function is compromised.
