Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NME3, a member of the nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDPK) family, plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as signal transduction and the regulation of cell proliferation. Its involvement in various biological functions, including nucleotide metabolism and cellular energy homeostasis, highlights its significance in maintaining cellular equilibrium. Studies have indicated that NME3 may also participate in tumorigenesis, making it a potential biomarker for cancer progression. Researchers have shown that the protein interacts with various signaling pathways, influencing factors such as cell survival and apoptosis. Given its multifaceted roles, the recombinant expression of NME3 is of great interest for both functional studies and therapeutic applications. By producing NME3 in a recombinant form, scientists can investigate its biochemical properties, binding interactions, and structural characteristics. This research may facilitate the development of novel approaches for targeting NME3 in cancer therapy or other diseases where its function is implicated. Understanding the detailed mechanism of NME3 can further elucidate its contributions to cellular physiology and pathophysiology, paving the way for innovative treatment strategies.
