Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The SPA2 protein, an essential component of the cytoskeletal system in various eukaryotic cells, plays a pivotal role in maintaining cell structure and facilitating cellular processes such as division and migration. Research on SPA2 has gained momentum due to its involvement in signaling pathways and its potential implications in developmental biology and disease states, including cancer. In yeast, SPA2 is known to anchor the actin cytoskeleton during the formation of the bud, suggesting its critical role in polarity establishment and growth. The understanding of SPA2’s structure and function has been enhanced through recombinant protein techniques, allowing for in-depth analysis of its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components. The production of SPA2 recombinant proteins has also opened avenues for therapeutic applications, such as targeted drug delivery and regenerative medicine. As scientists probe deeper into the regulatory mechanisms governed by SPA2, insights into its multifaceted role in cell biology may offer novel strategies for tackling diseases linked with cytoskeletal dysfunctions, making SPA2 an intriguing subject of ongoing research in molecular and cellular biology.
