稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
P2yr13, a member of the purinergic receptor family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various physiological processes and pathological conditions. This receptor, primarily activated by nucleotides such as ATP, is implicated in various cellular responses, including neurotransmission, inflammation, and immune modulation. Research has shown that P2yr13 can influence neuronal signaling pathways and may be involved in neurodegenerative diseases, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. Additionally, studies suggest that P2yr13 plays a crucial role in cancer biology, as its expression is often altered in tumor tissues, affecting tumor growth and metastasis. Understanding the structural and functional properties of P2yr13, particularly through the production and characterization of recombinant proteins, is essential for elucidating its mechanism of action and establishing its potential as a drug target. The development of recombinant P2yr13 proteins allows for detailed biochemical studies and the identification of specific ligands, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in various diseases. With growing insights into its role in cellular signaling and disease pathology, the study of P2yr13 continues to expand, emphasizing its relevance in both basic research and clinical applications.
