Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCK1, an adapter protein belonging to the NCK family, plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, cytoskeletal organization, and the regulation of cell proliferation and migration. Research on NCK1 has garnered attention due to its implications in various pathological conditions, such as cancer progression and metastasis. Its ability to interact with multiple signaling pathways, particularly involving growth factor receptors like the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and the Src family of kinases, underlines its importance in cellular communication and response to extracellular stimuli. Previous studies have highlighted NCK1's involvement in actin remodeling, which is essential for cell motility and invasion. As a result, recombinant NCK1 proteins have been produced for a variety of applications, including structure-function analysis, drug discovery, and therapeutic interventions aimed at modulating its activities. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which NCK1 exerts its effects could provide valuable insights into the development of novel strategies for treating diseases associated with dysregulated cell signaling. The research into NCK1 recombinant proteins not only enhances our comprehension of cellular dynamics but also opens avenues for innovative therapeutic approaches targeting its associated pathways.
