Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCF4, a member of the neutrophil cytosol factor (NCF) family, plays a crucial role in the assembly and function of the NADPH oxidase complex, which is essential for reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation in phagocytes during the immune response. Research into NCF4 has gained momentum due to its significant involvement in innate immunity and its potential implications in various inflammatory diseases and disorders. Mutations or dysregulation of NCF4 can lead to immunodeficiency, highlighting its importance in pathogen defense. Furthermore, understanding NCF4's function and interactions could provide insights into the mechanisms of oxidative stress and related cellular processes. As a result, recombinant NCF4 proteins have become valuable tools for studying its biochemical properties and graphical interactions within the cell, enabling the exploration of therapeutic strategies targeting ROS-related diseases. The biotechnological advances in producing NCF4 recombinants allow researchers to investigate its structure-function relationships, further advancing our understanding of immune responses and inflammatory pathways.
