稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of ADC (antibody-drug conjugate) recombinant proteins has gained significant momentum in the field of targeted cancer therapy. ADCs are innovative biopharmaceuticals that combine monoclonal antibodies with cytotoxic drugs, aiming to selectively deliver potent chemotherapeutics directly to cancer cells while minimizing damage to healthy tissues. The development of ADCs addresses some of the limitations faced by conventional chemotherapy, including systemic toxicity and drug resistance. By leveraging the specificity of antibodies to target tumor-associated antigens, ADCs can enhance therapeutic efficacy and reduce side effects. Research efforts focus on optimizing various components of ADCs, including the choice of antibody, the linker chemistry that connects the drug to the antibody, and the type of cytotoxic agent used. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have facilitated the engineering of antibodies with improved binding characteristics and stability, which are crucial for effective ADC formulations. Additionally, ongoing studies aim to refine dosing regimens and evaluate the therapeutic potential of ADCs in different cancer types, further highlighting their role in personalized medicine. The promising results from clinical trials have encouraged the exploration of ADCs as a valuable addition to the arsenal against cancer, underscoring their importance in the evolution of targeted therapies and the pursuit of more effective treatment strategies for patients.
