Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LINGO2 (Leucine-rich repeat and Ig domain-containing co-receptor 2) is a protein that has garnered attention in the field of neuroscience and cellular signaling due to its involvement in neuronal development and function. As a member of the leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family, LINGO2 is known to interact with various receptors and signaling pathways, particularly those associated with neurotrophic factors such as Nogo-A, which is implicated in axonal regeneration and repair. Research has demonstrated that LINGO2 plays a critical role in modulating neuronal growth and differentiation, making it a potential target for therapeutic strategies aimed at treating neurodegenerative diseases and spinal cord injuries. Understanding the structure and function of LINGO2 through recombinant protein studies is fundamental for elucidating its biological roles and for developing drugs that can enhance neural repair mechanisms. Additionally, studies have indicated that LINGO2 may have implications in psychiatric disorders, such as depression and anxiety, further highlighting the need for comprehensive research on this protein. Recombinant LINGO2 protein can be produced to facilitate experimental applications, including structural biology studies, functional assays, and the exploration of its interactions with ligands and other signaling molecules, providing valuable insights into its therapeutic potential.
