Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on RARγ (Retinoic Acid Receptor gamma) recombinant proteins has gained considerable attention due to their critical role in various biological processes, including embryonic development, cell differentiation, and metabolic regulation. RARγ is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily, which acts as a transcription factor upon binding with retinoic acid, a derivative of Vitamin A. Abnormal RARγ signaling has been implicated in several pathological conditions, such as cancer, osteoporosis, and autoimmune diseases. The ability to produce recombinant RARγ proteins has provided valuable insights into the receptor's structure-function relationship, its interactions with various co-regulators, and its role in gene expression modulation. With advancements in molecular biology techniques, scientists have been able to engineer RARγ to study its signaling pathways and therapeutic potentials. Understanding RARγ's mechanisms could lead to innovative approaches in treating diseases related to retinoid signaling, paving the way for the development of novel pharmacological agents. The exploration of RARγ recombinant proteins is thus vital not only for fundamental biological research but also for the potential clinical applications in managing various diseases.
