稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TSX (testis-specific protein, Y-encoded) is a gene located on the Y chromosome and is crucial in male germ cell development and differentiation. The study of TSX recombinant proteins has garnered interest due to their potential roles in male fertility and spermatogenesis, as well as their implications in understanding sex-linked genetic disorders. Research has shown that TSX is not only involved in spermatogenic processes but also plays a role in transcriptional regulation. Its expression pattern is primarily confined to the testes, raising questions about its functional significance in male-specific pathways. Additionally, aberrations in TSX expression or function have been linked to certain types of male infertility and other reproductive health issues. As a result, scientists are exploring the potential of TSX recombinant proteins in developing diagnostic tools and therapeutic strategies for male reproductive health. By producing and studying these proteins in model systems, researchers aim to uncover their biological functions, interaction partners, and regulatory mechanisms. This research has the potential to illuminate the complex roles of Y-chromosome-linked genes in human reproduction and may lead to breakthroughs in treating male infertility and enhancing our understanding of sex chromosome biology.
