Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TUBb6, or Tubulin beta-6, is a member of the tubulin family, which is integral to the structure and function of microtubules, cytoskeletal components crucial for various cellular processes. Research into TUBb6 has gained momentum due to its distinct expression patterns in specific tissues and its potential implications in developmental biology and disease mechanisms. Notably, TUBb6 has been implicated in neurodevelopment, where its dysregulation may contribute to neurological disorders. The study of TUBb6 recombinant proteins facilitates a deeper understanding of its biochemical properties and biological roles. By producing and characterizing these proteins, researchers aim to ascertain TUBb6’s involvement in microtubule dynamics, cellular signaling, and interactions with other proteins. Additionally, understanding the post-translational modifications of TUBb6 can illuminate its functional diversity and regulatory mechanisms. As a result, this research holds promise not only for advancing basic science but also for identifying potential therapeutic targets in conditions where TUBb6's function is compromised.
