Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The KLHDC7B protein, a member of the kelch domain-containing protein family, has garnered significant attention due to its potential roles in various cellular processes and its implications in human health, particularly in cancer biology and neurodevelopmental disorders. Research indicates that KLHDC7B is involved in the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics and cellular signaling pathways, which are crucial for maintaining cellular architecture and facilitating communication between cells. The protein's unique structure, characterized by the presence of multiple kelch repeats, suggests a function in protein-protein interactions, potentially linking it to the modulation of key cellular functions. Moreover, studies have pointed to the involvement of KLHDC7B in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which is essential for protein turnover and regulation of cellular homeostasis. Understanding the precise mechanisms by which KLHDC7B operates could provide valuable insights into its role in pathophysiological conditions. As such, research into the recombinant expression and functional characterization of KLHDC7B is pivotal for elucidating its biological significance and exploring its potential as a therapeutic target. Advances in recombinant protein technologies enable detailed investigations of KLHDC7B's structure-function relationships, paving the way for future studies aimed at developing interventions for diseases associated with its dysregulation.
