Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLHDC6, a member of the kelch-like protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including cytoskeleton organization, signal transduction, and enzyme regulation. The protein is characterized by the presence of kelch repeats, which are known to mediate protein-protein interactions and are crucial for the assembly of multiprotein complexes. Recent studies suggest that KLHDC6 may be implicated in the modulation of immune responses and in the regulation of inflammatory pathways, making it a target of interest for research into autoimmune diseases and cancer. Investigating KLHDC6 at the molecular level through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its structure-function relationships and biological significance. Understanding KLHDC6’s interactions with other cellular components may reveal new therapeutic strategies for conditions where KLHDC6 is dysregulated. Consequently, the production and analysis of KLHDC6 recombinant protein not only advance our knowledge of its biological roles but also contribute to the broader understanding of kelch-like proteins in human health and disease.
