Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ITGa10, also known as integrin alpha 10, is a member of the integrin family, which plays a vital role in cell adhesion, signal transduction, and the extracellular matrix interaction. The study of ITGa10 has gained significance due to its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including bone development, tissue repair, and cancer metastasis. Integrin alpha 10 is particularly expressed in chondrocytes and osteoblasts, indicating its potential role in cartilage and bone formation. Recent research has focused on the characterization and functional analysis of ITGa10 and its integrin partners, revealing its contribution to cellular behaviors such as proliferation, migration, and differentiation. Understanding the mechanisms of ITGa10's action could have important implications for developing therapies for degenerative diseases, such as osteoarthritis, and enhancing bone regeneration strategies. Moreover, elucidating its role in cancer could provide insights into novel therapeutic targets for metastatic diseases. By investigating the recombinant expression and functional properties of ITGa10, researchers aim to unlock its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target in regenerative medicine and oncology. This makes ITGa10 a significant focal point for ongoing research in both basic biology and clinical applications.
