稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LAYN, or LAYN robustly expressing protein, has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology due to its pivotal role in various cellular processes. Initially identified for its expression in immune cells, research has shown that LAYN plays a crucial role in mediating cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. Its expression is often modulated in response to environmental stimuli, indicating its involvement in adaptive responses of cells to stress and inflammation. Recent studies have highlighted LAYN's potential role as a biomarker for certain diseases, particularly in cancer and autoimmune disorders, suggesting that it could be utilized for early diagnosis or therapeutic targets. Furthermore, given its unique structural features and interactions with extracellular matrix components, researchers are exploring LAYN's potential in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. Ongoing investigations aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying LAYN's functions and its interactions with other biomolecules, which could pave the way for innovative treatments and advances in personalized medicine.
