Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of ACTG recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their crucial roles in cellular functions and structural dynamics. Actin, a highly conserved protein, is a fundamental component of the cytoskeleton in eukaryotic cells, playing a vital role in maintaining cell shape, facilitating motility, and enabling intracellular transport. ACTG, or gamma-actin, specifically contributes to these processes within non-muscle cells and has been implicated in various cellular functions, including cell division and signal transduction. Research on ACTG recombinant proteins focuses on understanding their structure, dynamics, and interactions with other proteins, which are essential for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying cellular processes. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the production of ACTG in a laboratory setting, allowing for detailed studies on its biochemical properties and the effects of post-translational modifications. Furthermore, disruptions in ACTG function have been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a significant target for therapeutic intervention. Understanding the complexities of ACTG protein interactions and functions can lead to the development of novel strategies for disease treatment, highlighting the importance of this research in both basic biology and medical science. Overall, the exploration of ACTG recombinant proteins not only enriches our comprehension of cellular mechanics but also opens avenues for innovative therapeutic approaches.
