Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA1217 is a protein-coding gene that has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology and genetics due to its potential roles in various cellular processes. Research has suggested that KIAA1217 may be involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and possibly even in the pathogenesis of certain diseases, including cancers and neurodegenerative disorders. Initial studies focusing on the expression patterns of KIAA1217 in various tissues indicated its presence in the brain, indicating a potential role in neural development and function. The significance of KIAA1217 is further underscored by its interactions with other key proteins and pathways that are vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis. To facilitate detailed functional studies of KIAA1217, researchers have developed recombinant versions of the protein, enabling investigations into its biochemical properties, structure-function relationships, and mechanisms of action. Understanding the biological role of KIAA1217 through such recombinant protein studies is crucial, as it may provide insights into its involvement in health and disease, opening avenues for therapeutic targeting in related pathological conditions. Thus, the research on KIAA1217 recombinant protein represents a promising frontier in elucidating the complexities of cellular signaling and regulation.
