Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA0774, also known as C6orf223, is a protein-coding gene that has garnered interest in various biological and clinical research settings due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Initial studies indicated that KIAA0774 may be involved in important cellular functions such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, making it a candidate for investigation in cancer and developmental biology. Furthermore, its expression patterns in multiple tissues and its upregulation in certain disease states suggest that it may play a role in tumorigenesis or in the response to cellular stress. Despite the progress in understanding the gene's basic biological functions, the precise molecular mechanisms and pathways that KIAA0774 influences remain largely unexplored. Advances in protein expression systems have facilitated the production of recombinant KIAA0774 protein, allowing researchers to conduct functional assays and characterization studies. The recombinant protein provides a valuable tool for elucidating the biological roles of KIAA0774, understanding its interactions with other cellular molecules, and exploring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Further research into KIAA0774 could provide insights into its contribution to various diseases, thereby advancing the understanding of its significance in health and disease.
