Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of ING1 (Inhibitor of Growth Protein 1) recombinant protein has gained significant attention in the field of cancer research due to its critical role as a tumor suppressor. ING1 is known to participate in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and DNA repair. Its ability to interact with various chromatin remodeling complexes underscores its importance in transcriptional regulation and maintaining genomic stability. Emerging evidence suggests that altered expression or mutations in ING1 may contribute to tumorigenesis and cancer progression, making it a potential biomarker for diagnosing and monitoring certain malignancies. Researchers have focused on producing recombinant forms of ING1 to facilitate in vitro studies, elucidating its mechanisms of action, interaction with other proteins, and potential therapeutic applications. By understanding ING1's function and pathways, scientists aim to identify novel strategies for targeted cancer therapies, enhancing patient outcomes and paving the way for innovative treatment modalities. The exploration of ING1 recombinant protein thus represents a pivotal area of research with implications for cancer biology and therapeutic interventions.
