Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-37, a member of the interleukin-1 (IL-1) family, has emerged as a pivotal anti-inflammatory cytokine that plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses. Initially identified for its ability to inhibit pro-inflammatory cytokines, IL-37 exhibits protective effects in a variety of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease. Research into IL-37 has gained momentum due to its potential therapeutic applications, particularly in conditions characterized by excessive inflammation. Recombinant IL-37 protein has been produced to facilitate in-depth studies of its mechanisms of action, receptor interactions, and effects on immune cell populations. By exploring the signaling pathways influenced by IL-37, researchers aim to elucidate its role in diminishing inflammation and promoting tissue homeostasis. Additionally, the recombinant form serves as a valuable tool in preclinical studies to evaluate its effectiveness as a therapeutic agent, potentially leading to novel treatment strategies for chronic inflammatory diseases. The ongoing investigation of IL-37 continues to shed light on its multifaceted functions and offers significant promise for advancing our understanding of immune regulation and therapeutic interventions.
