稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KATNAL1, a member of the kinesin superfamily, is an ATP-dependent motor protein primarily involved in the regulation of microtubule dynamics and cellular transport processes, particularly during mitosis and intracellular trafficking. Its unique structure comprises several functional domains, enabling it to interact with various cellular components and participate in critical biological processes. Research into KATNAL1 has gained traction due to its emerging role in cell division, neurogenesis, and potential implications in neurological disorders, including autism spectrum disorders and cognitive impairments. The study of recombinant KATNAL1 proteins allows for a deeper understanding of their functional mechanisms and interactions within the cell, facilitating the exploration of their roles in both normal physiology and pathophysiological conditions. Scientists utilize recombinant techniques to produce purified KATNAL1 proteins, enabling the investigation of their enzymatic activity, binding properties, and influence on microtubule organization in vitro. Additionally, these studies contribute to the broader understanding of kinesin motor proteins and their significance in cellular transport and disease mechanisms, highlighting KATNAL1 as a potential target for therapeutic interventions in related disorders. Overall, the research on KATNAL1 recombinant proteins is crucial for elucidating the complexities of intracellular transport and its relevance to human health and disease.
