Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Ctf1, or "cell division cycle protein 14", is a crucial factor in the coordination of cell division and the maintenance of genomic stability. Research surrounding Ctf1 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including DNA replication, repair, and chromosomal segregation. Disruptions in Ctf1 function can lead to an array of cellular disorders and are linked to cancer development and other genetic diseases. The study of Ctf1 recombinant proteins has opened avenues for a deeper understanding of its molecular mechanisms and interactions within the cell. By creating and analyzing Ctf1 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate its role in cell cycle regulation, investigate its protein-protein interactions, and assess its potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, understanding the structural properties and functional domains of Ctf1 can provide insights into its regulation and activity, potentially leading to novel strategies in cancer treatment and gene therapy. Overall, Ctf1 recombinant protein studies are essential for unraveling the complexities of cellular function and advancing our comprehension of related pathologies.
