Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IRXL1 (Immunoglobulin Superfamily Containing Leucine-rich Repeat 1) is a gene that encodes a protein involved in various biological processes, including immune response modulation and neural development. Recent research has highlighted its potential role in cellular signaling pathways and its implications in various diseases, particularly those related to the immune system and neurological disorders. The study of recombinant IRXL1 protein has gained attention due to its relevance in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying these conditions. By expressing and purifying IRXL1 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its structure-function relationship, characterize its interactions with other cellular components, and explore its therapeutic potential. This research is particularly significant as IRXL1 could serve as a biomarker for specific diseases or may even be a novel target for drug development. Understanding the properties and functions of IRXL1 might pave the way for innovative strategies to manipulate immune responses or repair neuronal functions, ultimately improving therapeutic approaches for related pathologies. Thus, the investigation of recombinant IRXL1 protein is a promising frontier in molecular biology and therapeutic research, potentially leading to advancements in the treatment of immune-related and neurodegenerative diseases.
