Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IRX6, a member of the Iroquois homeobox gene family, plays a critical role in developmental processes and spatial patterning during embryogenesis. Research indicates that IRX6 is involved in the regulation of gene expression related to organ development and can influence various signaling pathways. Its expression has been linked to the development of specific tissues, particularly in the heart and nervous system, suggesting that it may hold key functional roles in cardiogenesis and neurogenesis. Disruptions in IRX6 expression have been correlated with several congenital abnormalities and diseases, making it a significant candidate for further investigation. In recent years, recombinant IRX6 protein has gained attention in studies aimed at elucidating its molecular functions and interactions within the context of normal and pathological conditions. By generating and characterizing IRX6 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to study its biochemical properties and explore potential therapeutic applications. The pursuit of IRX6 research not only enhances our understanding of its biological roles but could also lead to novel insights in developmental biology and regenerative medicine, offering potential strategies for addressing developmental disorders linked to IRX6 mutations or dysregulation.
