Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Ccl4, also known as CC chemokine ligand 4, is a key chemokine involved in the immune response, particularly in the recruitment of monocytes and T cells to sites of inflammation. This protein plays a crucial role in various physiological and pathological processes, including wound healing, autoimmune diseases, and infections. The study of Ccl4 recombinant protein has gained significance due to its potential applications in immunotherapy and vaccine development. The ability to produce Ccl4 in a recombinant form enables researchers to explore its functions in detail and assess its therapeutic potential. Furthermore, Ccl4 has been implicated in tumor microenvironments, where it may influence tumor progression and metastasis. Understanding the structure and function of Ccl4, alongside its interactions with specific receptors, can provide insights into the mechanisms underlying immune regulation. Consequently, research on Ccl4 recombinant protein not only enhances our comprehension of immune system dynamics but also opens avenues for novel therapeutic strategies targeting inflammatory and oncological diseases.
