Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IQGAP3 is a member of the IQGAP family of proteins, which are known to play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal organization, cell migration, and signal transduction. The study of IQGAP3 is of particular interest due to its potential involvement in several pathological conditions, such as cancer metastasis and neurological disorders. Unlike its better-studied counterparts, IQGAP1 and IQGAP2, the functional mechanisms and biological significance of IQGAP3 remain relatively underexplored. Recent research has suggested that IQGAP3 interacts with various signaling molecules, including Rho GTPases and actin, which are essential for maintaining cellular architecture and facilitating intracellular communication. Understanding the structure-function relationship of IQGAP3 through recombinant protein expression and purification can provide insights into its role in regulating cellular dynamics. Moreover, targeted studies on IQGAP3 could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies by elucidating its contributions to disease progression. Thus, ongoing research into IQGAP3 not only aims to clarify its biological functions but also investigates its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in diseases where cell motility and signaling pathways are perturbed.
