Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IQCE (IQ Motif and C2 Calcium-Embedded Protein) is a novel protein primarily studied for its potential roles in cellular signaling and developmental processes. The background research into IQCE focuses on its unique structural features, which include the IQ motif—known for its ability to bind to calmodulin and other calcium-binding proteins—suggesting a critical function in calcium signaling pathways. Investigations have revealed that IQCE may be involved in various biological processes, including muscle contraction, neurotransmitter release, and cell proliferation. Moreover, preliminary studies indicate that alterations in IQCE expression could be linked to certain diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its relevance in both health and disease. As researchers delve deeper into the molecular mechanisms underlying IQCE's functions, understanding its interactions with other proteins and its role in cellular contexts becomes paramount. This knowledge could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting IQCE-related pathways, making it a significant focus of current biomedical research. Exploring IQCE's structure-function relationships and physiological roles could provide key insights into its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in various clinical scenarios.
