稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IBA1, also known as ionized calcium-binding adaptor molecule 1, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its crucial role in the immune response and neuroinflammation. Initially identified as a protein expressed in macrophages and microglia, IBA1 is pivotal for the regulation of cellular activities such as phagocytosis, migration, and activation of immune cells. Its involvement in neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, positions IBA1 as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. The reconstitution of IBA1 protein allows for in-depth studies into its structure-function relationship, enabling researchers to dissect the molecular mechanisms underlying microglial activation and its implications in neuroinflammation. As scientists explore the therapeutic potential of modulating IBA1 activity, the recombinant protein serves as a valuable tool for understanding how microglial cells contribute to neuroprotection and neurotoxicity. The ongoing investigation into IBA1 not only enhances our comprehension of immune responses in the central nervous system but also opens avenues for novel interventions in various neurological disorders.
