Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IKZF5, also known as Ikaros family zinc finger 5, is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in the regulation of lymphocyte development and differentiation. It is primarily expressed in B cells and has been implicated in various immunological processes, including the modulation of immune responses and the maintenance of immune homeostasis. Research into IKZF5 has gained momentum due to its involvement in autoimmune diseases and hematological malignancies, such as B cell leukemias and lymphomas. Given its key functions in the immune system, IKZF5 serves as a potential therapeutic target. Recombinant IKZF5 proteins have been engineered to study their structural and functional characteristics, as well as their interactions with target genes and binding partners. These studies aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying IKZF5's action and its biological significance in both normal and pathological conditions. Additionally, understanding the specific role of IKZF5 in disease processes could lead to the development of novel strategies for therapeutic intervention, making it an essential subject of investigation in the fields of immunology and oncology.
