Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ITaC, or Intracellular Transport and Cytoskeletal control, is a protein that plays a critical role in cellular functions, particularly in the transport of various biomolecules within cells. Research into ITaC has gained momentum due to its significant involvement in cellular dynamics and its implications in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer. Understanding the structural and functional properties of ITaC can provide insights into its mechanisms of action and interactions with other cellular components, such as the cytoskeleton and motor proteins. Given the complexity of its involvement in cell signaling and transport pathways, the recombinant expression of ITaC is essential for detailed biochemical and biophysical studies. By generating recombinant ITaC, researchers aim to elucidate its structure-function relationships and explore potential therapeutic applications. The study of ITaC not only enhances our understanding of intracellular transport mechanisms but also opens avenues for the development of targeted therapies, thus emphasizing the importance of continued research in the field of protein biology and cellular transport systems.
