Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Semaphorin 3G (SEMA3G) is a member of the semaphorin family, which plays critical roles in neural development and axon guidance. Emerging research has highlighted SEMA3G's significance in vascular biology and cancer progression, particularly in tumor growth and metastasis. SEMA3G functions by acting as a chemorepulsive guidance cue, influencing cell migration and adhesion through its interactions with neuropilin and plexin receptors. This has led scientists to explore its potential as a therapeutic target in various diseases, including cancer. Moreover, studies have suggested that the modulation of SEMA3G expression may impact the tumor microenvironment, angiogenesis, and immune response, making it a focal point for understanding tumor biology. The recombinant expression of SEMA3G in various cellular systems facilitates the investigation of its functional mechanisms and interactions, paving the way for innovative treatment strategies. Continued research into SEMA3G's role not only enhances our understanding of its biological functions but also contributes to the development of novel therapeutic interventions in oncology and regenerative medicine.
