Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADRa1A, a subtype of alpha-1 adrenergic receptors, plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including vascular smooth muscle contraction, regulation of blood pressure, and modulation of neurotransmitter release. Research on ADRa1A recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their potential applications in drug development and understanding receptor signaling mechanisms. The advent of biotechnology allows for the expression of these receptors in heterologous systems, such as yeast or mammalian cells, facilitating the study of their structure and function. These recombinant proteins can be utilized to investigate ligand-binding properties, intracellular signaling pathways, and receptor desensitization mechanisms. Furthermore, the enhanced understanding of ADRa1A functionality offers insights into its involvement in pathophysiological conditions like hypertension, heart failure, and prostate hyperplasia. As a result, characterizing ADRa1A recombinant proteins holds the promise for new therapeutic strategies targeting alpha-1 adrenergic receptors, contributing to the development of more effective treatments for cardiovascular diseases and other related disorders.
