稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ABCA1 (ATP-binding cassette sub-family A member 1) is a critical membrane protein that plays a significant role in lipid metabolism, particularly in the regulation of cholesterol and phospholipid efflux to apolipoproteins, thus contributing to high-density lipoprotein (HDL) particle formation. Genetic mutations or dysfunctions in the ABCA1 gene are linked to various lipid disorders, including Tangier disease, characterized by low HDL levels and the accumulation of cholesterol in tissues. Due to its pivotal role in lipid homeostasis and cardiovascular health, ABCA1 has garnered attention as a potential therapeutic target for atherosclerosis and related cardiovascular diseases. Research on ABCA1 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its structure-function relationship, which is essential for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying its activity. Various expression systems have been developed to produce functional ABCA1 proteins to study their interaction with lipids and apolipoproteins. Furthermore, understanding the regulation of ABCA1 expression and activity may provide insights into novel strategies for manipulating HDL levels and improving cardiovascular health. The investigation of ABCA1 recombinant proteins thus represents a crucial area of research with implications for both basic science and clinical applications in the management of lipid disorders and cardiovascular diseases. By examining these proteins, researchers can develop new therapeutic approaches aimed at enhancing ABCA1 function, potentially leading to the prevention or treatment of atherosclerosis and other lipid-related diseases.
