Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The rnhB gene, encoding ribonuclease H (RNase H), plays a crucial role in RNA metabolism by degrading RNA in RNA-DNA hybrids during DNA replication and repair processes. Understanding rnhB and its products has significant implications for molecular biology and biotechnology. RNA-DNA hybrids are common intermediates in various cellular processes, and the timely degradation of these hybrids is essential for maintaining genomic integrity. Researchers have focused on the recombinant protein form of RNase H, produced through genetic engineering techniques, to better understand its structure, function, and potential applications. The study of rnhB recombinant protein allows for detailed investigations into its enzymatic mechanisms, substrate specificity, and interactions with other cellular components. Furthermore, rnhB-derived proteins are of interest in the development of novel therapeutic strategies, including antiviral treatments and gene editing technologies. By producing and characterizing rnhB recombinant proteins, scientists aim to elucidate their roles in cellular processes and their potential in biotechnological applications, thus contributing to advancements in both fundamental research and applied sciences.
