Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The HOXA7 gene is a member of the homeobox gene family, which plays a pivotal role in regulating developmental processes and cellular differentiation. Its expression is crucial during early embryonic development and has been implicated in various biological pathways, including limb formation, organogenesis, and hematopoiesis. Recent studies have highlighted HOXA7's involvement in tumorigenesis, particularly in malignancies such as leukemia and solid tumors, where its aberrant expression may contribute to cancer progression and metastasis. The study of recombinant HOXA7 protein has garnered attention as researchers aim to elucidate its functional mechanisms and interactions at the molecular level. By producing and purifying recombinant HOXA7, scientists can investigate its role in gene regulation and protein networks, providing insights into how alterations in its expression can lead to developmental disorders and cancers. Furthermore, understanding HOXA7's structure-function relationship could identify potential therapeutic targets and biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment. As such, HOXA7 remains a focus of investigation in developmental biology and oncology, with prospects for advancing our knowledge of genetic regulation and disease mechanisms.
