Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HOXA6 is a member of the Homeobox (HOX) gene family, which plays a crucial role in regulating development and differentiation in various organisms. The expression of HOXA6 has been implicated in several biological processes, including embryogenesis, organogenesis, and cell proliferation. Recent studies have shown that dysregulation of HOXA6 is associated with various cancers, such as leukemia, breast cancer, and prostate cancer, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The investigation of recombinant HOXA6 protein is essential to understanding its functional mechanisms and the pathways it influences. By studying the structure and interactions of the HOXA6 protein, researchers can gain insights into its role in cellular processes and its implications in tumorigenesis. Additionally, the production of recombinant HOXA6 allows for the exploration of its biochemical properties and the elucidation of its interaction with other proteins and regulatory elements. This research may lead to the development of novel strategies for cancer treatment and regenerative medicine, as well as provide a better understanding of HOX gene function in health and disease. The study of HOXA6 thus represents a significant avenue in both developmental biology and cancer research, with the potential to inform therapeutic interventions and enhance our comprehension of genetic regulation during critical biological processes.
