稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OPN (Osteopontin) is a highly phosphorylated glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in various physiological and pathological processes, including bone remodeling, immune response, and tumor progression. Research on OPN has gained momentum due to its multifunctional nature and involvement in numerous diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and autoimmune diseases. The protein is secreted by different cell types and can exist in both soluble and matricellular forms, influencing cell adhesion, migration, and survival. Moreover, OPN interacts with various receptors, including integrins and CD44, mediating signals that affect cell signaling pathways. Recent studies have highlighted its potential as a biomarker for disease diagnosis and prognosis, as well as a therapeutic target. The recombinant production of OPN for research and therapeutic applications has become increasingly important, allowing scientists to better understand its biological functions and interactions. This progress in OPN recombinant protein research is expected to facilitate the development of novel diagnostic tools and treatments, advancing our understanding of its role in health and disease.
