Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-DQA1 is a crucial component of the human immune system, as it encodes a part of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules. These molecules play a vital role in presenting antigenic peptides to CD4+ T cells, thereby initiating and regulating adaptive immune responses. Variations in the HLA-DQA1 gene have been associated with different autoimmune diseases, infections, and responses to vaccinations, highlighting its significance in immunogenetics. Due to its role in antigen presentation, HLA-DQA1 is a focus of research aimed at understanding its contribution to disease susceptibility and immune regulation. Recombinant HLA-DQA1 proteins are essential tools used in various studies to investigate these functions, as they allow for detailed analysis of peptide binding, T cell activation, and the exploration of therapeutic potential in immunotherapy. The generation of these recombinant proteins involves techniques such as plasmid construction, protein expression, and purification, enabling researchers to study the molecular interactions and structural biology of HLA-DQA1 in health and disease. Advancements in this research area could lead to improved approaches in vaccine design, transplantation, and treatment of autoimmune conditions, underscoring the importance of HLA-DQA1 in modern immunological studies.
