Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GIPC2 (GAIP-interacting protein, C-terminus 2) is a member of the GIPC protein family, which is known for its role in various cellular processes including signal transduction, cytoskeletal dynamics, and cell adhesion. Research has highlighted GIPC2's significance in the regulation of G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) signaling pathways, which are critical for many physiological processes and are implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders. The expression and function of GIPC2 have been linked to cellular responses to external stimuli and its involvement in intracellular signaling cascades. Given the potential therapeutic implications of targeting GIPC2 in disease contexts, recombinant GIPC2 protein has become a focus of interest. The development and characterization of GIPC2 recombinant protein facilitate the exploration of its biochemical properties and interactions, enabling a deeper understanding of its physiological role. Such studies may provide insights into the molecular mechanisms by which GIPC2 influences cellular functions and may also pave the way for the identification of novel drug targets for treatment of various disorders related to dysregulated GPCR signaling.
