稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CLP1 (Cytoplasmic L-PSP-like protein 1) is a crucial participant in various cellular processes, particularly in pre-mRNA splicing and RNA metabolism. Initially identified as a nuclear protein involved in splicing, research has revealed that CLP1 has a dual role, functioning in both the nucleus and cytoplasm. Its involvement in the regulation of RNA stability and transport has made it a key focus in understanding post-transcriptional modifications. The significance of CLP1 extends beyond basic cellular functions, as it has been implicated in several diseases, including cancers and neurological disorders, where aberrant RNA processing is often observed. The reconstitution of CLP1 as a recombinant protein allows researchers to investigate its biochemical properties, interaction partners, and the mechanisms underlying its diverse functions. By producing CLP1 in a controlled laboratory setting, scientists can explore its roles in spliceosomal assembly, RNA-protein interactions, and the pathways leading to cellular stress responses. The study of CLP1 recombinant protein is pivotal for unraveling its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target, making it an important area of research in molecular biology and medicine. As ongoing studies continue to shed light on its intricate network of interactions and regulatory mechanisms, CLP1 stands out as a promising candidate for further exploration in the realms of gene expression regulation and disease pathology.
