稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1 (TGF-β1) is a multifunctional cytokine that plays a critical role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and extracellular matrix production. It is involved in multiple cellular pathways and has significant implications in immunology, fibrosis, cancer progression, and wound healing. Research on recombinant TGF-β1 protein has gained momentum due to its potential therapeutic applications, particularly in regenerative medicine and targeted cancer therapies. The ability to produce TGF-β1 in a recombinant form allows for controlled studies regarding its functions, interactions, and mechanisms in various cell types. Scientists are particularly interested in elucidating its role in tissue repair and the modulation of inflammation, as it can both stimulate and suppress immune responses. Furthermore, abnormal TGF-β1 signaling is associated with several pathological conditions, such as systemic sclerosis, heart disease, and tumorigenesis, making it a crucial target for drug development. By utilizing recombinant TGF-β1 proteins, researchers aim to develop novel therapeutic strategies, understand disease mechanisms better, and explore its potential in clinical applications. Thus, ongoing studies are focused on optimizing production methods, assessing the effects of TGF-β1 in different biological contexts, and designing interventions that can modulate its activity for therapeutic benefits.
