Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-8 receptor A (IL8Ra) is a key component of the inflammatory response and plays a crucial role in various pathological conditions, including cancer, autoimmune diseases, and infectious diseases. As a receptor for the chemokine IL-8, IL8Ra mediates cellular responses such as chemotaxis, proliferation, and activation of immune cells. The study of IL8Ra recombinant proteins has emerged as a significant area of research, as these proteins facilitate the understanding of receptor biology, signal transduction pathways, and their interactions with various ligands. Recombinant IL8Ra proteins can be utilized for therapeutic development, serving as potential antagonists or agonists to modulate the inflammation process. Moreover, they are instrumental in elucidating the structural and functional aspects of the receptor, including ligand-binding properties and downstream signaling mechanisms. The generation and characterization of IL8Ra recombinant proteins also contribute to the development of diagnostic tools for disease monitoring and progression evaluation. Overall, ongoing research into IL8Ra recombinant proteins holds promise for advancing both basic science and clinical applications, ultimately improving treatment strategies for diseases associated with inflammation.
