Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DMKN (Dermokine) is a protein that has garnered attention in the field of dermatology and molecular biology due to its potential role in skin homeostasis and repair. Research indicates that DMKN is involved in various skin-related processes, including inflammation, wound healing, and keratinocyte differentiation. Its expression is typically upregulated in response to stress and injury, suggesting a protective mechanism that helps maintain skin integrity. Studies have shown that DMKN can interact with several signaling pathways that regulate cellular proliferation and apoptosis, highlighting its importance in skin health. Furthermore, DMKN's potential involvement in conditions such as psoriasis and other related skin disorders makes it a valuable target for therapeutic interventions. Enhanced understanding of DMKN's molecular interactions and biological functions could pave the way for novel treatment strategies, aiming to harness its properties to promote skin healing and manage various dermatological conditions. As researchers continue to elucidate the roles of DMKN in skin biology, the development of DMKN-based recombinant proteins may offer new avenues for clinical applications in regenerative medicine and dermatology. Thus, ongoing studies are crucial to fully understand the underlying mechanisms of DMKN and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic agent in skin diseases.
