Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
H1FOO, a member of the homeobox gene family, is an important transcription factor predominantly expressed in embryonic stem cells and various types of cancer. Its role in regulating pluripotency and differentiation makes it a key focus in developmental biology and cancer research. Studies have shown that H1FOO is involved in maintaining the stemness of cancer cells, which contributes to tumorigenesis and resistance to therapies. The reorganization of the H1FOO protein itself can lead to dysregulated gene expression, further complicating the understanding of its functional dynamics. Recent advances in protein engineering and structural biology have allowed scientists to investigate the conformational properties and interaction networks of H1FOO, paving the way for potential therapeutic interventions. By creating recombinant H1FOO proteins, researchers aim to elucidate its mechanism of action, identify novel binding partners, and assess its role in developmental processes. Additionally, understanding the interplay between H1FOO and other molecular pathways may reveal vital insights into tumor biology and stem cell maintenance, ultimately leading to innovative treatments for cancers and regenerative medicine.
