Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MYLK3 (Myosin Light Chain Kinase 3) is a pivotal enzyme in the regulation of smooth muscle contraction and various cellular processes. It plays a crucial role in phosphorylating myosin light chains, thereby facilitating actin-myosin interactions associated with muscle contraction. Its importance extends beyond smooth muscle, influencing cell motility, differentiation, and cytokinesis in various cell types. Dysregulation of MYLK3 has been linked to a range of diseases, including cardiovascular disorders, cancer, and respiratory conditions. Given its central role in muscle physiology and pathophysiology, researchers are increasingly interested in characterizing the biochemical properties and functions of MYLK3 through recombinant protein studies. By producing MYLK3 as a recombinant protein, researchers can perform detailed analyses of its enzymatic activity, interaction with substrates, and regulatory mechanisms. This approach also enables the investigation of potential therapeutic targets and strategies aimed at modulating MYLK3 activity in disease contexts. Overall, the study of MYLK3 recombinant proteins is critical to enhancing our understanding of its biological significance and potential implications in health and disease.
