Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MYO1A, or Myosin IA, is a member of the unconventional myosin family, known for its role in intracellular transport and cellular motility. It is a motor protein that interacts with actin filaments, playing critical roles in various cellular processes such as endocytosis, cell signaling, and the maintenance of cell shape. Research into MYO1A has gained momentum due to its potential implications in understanding various diseases, including those related to cell migration and neurodegenerative disorders. Notably, mutations or dysregulation of MYO1A expression have been linked to pathological conditions, prompting investigations into the biochemical and biophysical properties of this protein. The development of recombinant MYO1A proteins has become a crucial avenue for studying their functional mechanisms, as well as for exploring their interactions with other cellular components. By generating and characterizing MYO1A recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate their role in cellular processes and to identify potential therapeutic targets that could mitigate the effects of MYO1A-associated disorders. This research not only contributes to the fundamental understanding of myosin function but also paves the way for novel biomedical applications.
