Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of CKM (Chimeric Kinase Molecule) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in the field of molecular biology and biopharmaceuticals due to their potential applications in therapeutic interventions and biotechnological advancements. CKM proteins are engineered to combine distinct functional domains from various kinases, which allows for the modification of their signaling pathways and regulatory mechanisms. This engineering can lead to enhanced specificity and reduced off-target effects, which is particularly beneficial in the development of targeted cancer therapies. Furthermore, the ability to produce these recombinant proteins in host systems, such as bacteria, yeast, or mammalian cells, facilitates large-scale production and purification, making them suitable for experimental studies and potential clinical applications. Researchers are investigating various aspects of CKM proteins, including their structural characteristics, enzymatic activities, and interactions with other cellular components, to better understand the underlying biological processes and to optimize their therapeutic efficacy. Overall, the exploration of CKM recombinant proteins represents a promising frontier in drug development and personalized medicine, holding the potential to revolutionize treatment strategies for various diseases.
